Privacy Policy

• Full name — To register your booking and issue your invoice.
• Phone number — To confirm your reservation and contact you about your stay.
• Email address — To send your booking confirmation and invoice.
• Stay details (dates, room type, guests, children's ages) — To reserve rooms and calculate the correct tariff.
• Company GSTIN (corporate bookings only) — To verify eligibility for corporate rates and issue GST invoices.
• Special requests you type in — To prepare your room as requested.
• Payment status and transaction reference — To confirm payment. Card / UPI details are handled by Razorpay, never by us.
• Staff login email (staff only) — To allow authorised staff to manage inventory and bookings.

• Card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or bank passwords — these go directly to Razorpay.
• Copies of your ID online — ID is checked physically at the front desk only.
• Precise location / GPS data.
• Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Social media profiles or contacts.
• Biometric data.

We use only essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice and keep staff signed in. No marketing cookies are set unless you allow them on the Cookie Preferences page.

Booking data is stored on secure cloud servers with access limited to authorised SK Residency staff. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Staff actions on bookings are recorded in an internal audit log.

We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with: Razorpay (to process payment), our email provider (to deliver confirmations), and law-enforcement authorities where required — including the routine sharing of guest ID details with the local police station at check-in.

Booking and invoice records are kept as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.
