This website is provided to share information about SK Residency and to accept room reservations. You agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us. Tariffs shown are tax-inclusive and may change without notice for future dates. Rooms are subject to availability.

You must enter correct guest names, phone, email and — for corporate rates — a valid GSTIN. Incorrect details may void the booking or the corporate discount.

All stays are governed by our house policies (ID, visitors, conduct, damages, pets). Please read them on the Policies page of your chosen branch.

Cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Photos are representative. While we keep information accurate, SK Residency is not liable for minor differences, third-party service outages, or losses arising from use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
